Privacy Policy

Order and account information. When you check out we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and optional phone number, along with the contents of your order. If you create an account, we store your email, a hashed password, and your order history. B2B quote requests collect the business contact details you submit.

Technical information. Like most websites, our servers automatically record logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) and we collect basic, aggregate analytics about how the Site is used. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never seen or stored by us; we receive only a payment confirmation and the details needed to fulfill and support your order.

We use the information above to process and ship orders, send transactional email (order confirmations, shipping notices, receipts, and replies to your support requests), respond to quote requests, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations such as tax records, and operate and improve the Site.

We share personal information only with the service providers that run the store, and only what each one needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email.
• Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
• Neon — database hosting for orders and accounts.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, and shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your package. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We send marketing email only with your consent. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects transactional email about orders you have placed. You can also opt out at any time by emailing support@buysucralose.com.

The Site uses a small number of first-party cookies: a session cookie if you sign in, and a cart cookie that remembers what you have added. These are necessary for the store to function. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

We keep order records for as long as needed for warranty, support, tax, and legal purposes, and account data for as long as your account is active. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and all traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to personal data to what operating the business requires.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law, such as completed-order and tax records). To make a request, email support@buysucralose.com from the address associated with your order or account and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If you are a resident of California or another US state with a consumer-privacy law (such as the CCPA/CPRA), those rights — access, deletion, correction, and non-discrimination for exercising them — apply to you, and this section is how you exercise them. Because we do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of, but we will honor verified requests all the same.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@buysucralose.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
